Expert partnerships
You know a field cold. We build the system that runs it.
Our platform exists because one person happened to have two things at once: years of knowing how a close actually works, and the ability to build software that does it. That combination is rare. The building half is the part we can supply.
The observation
Most vertical software is built by engineers who learned the domain from the customer. It shows. The features are the ones that were easy to describe in a discovery call, and the hard parts — the exceptions, the judgment, the reason the standard process is not the actual process — are missing, because the person building it never had to live with the consequences of getting them wrong.
The alternative is to start from the expertise instead. Find someone who has done the work for long enough to know where the bodies are, and build around what they know rather than around what they can articulate in an hour.
What each side brings
You bring
Deep working knowledge of a field, earned by doing the work rather than selling to it. A clear view of which part is repetitive and which part is judgment. Ideally, people who would use it — but that is not a requirement to start a conversation.
We bring
The build. Architecture, the agent design, the controls, the security work, and the production engineering — the parts that decide whether a system is usable in a business that carries liability, rather than a demo that works on clean data.
How it actually starts
A conversation.
What you do, where the repetition is, and whether there is a system in it.
One scoped problem.
Not a platform — the single worst hour in your week, defined tightly enough to build against.
Something that runs.
Working software against real conditions, so the question stops being hypothetical.
Then we decide what it is.
Commercial structure is scoped per partnership. There is no standard deal, and we would rather agree one against something that exists than against a slide.
What we are not asking for
This is not a referral arrangement. We are not asking for your client list, we are not offering a commission on introductions, and there is nothing to sign up for. If you want to send someone our way, that is welcome and it does not need a programme attached to it.
What we are describing is narrower and slower: a small number of genuine build partnerships, in fields we do not know as well as the person we are building with.
If that describes you
Tell us what you do and where the repetition is. If there is a system in it, we will say so, and if there is not, we will say that too.
